Mission Statement Making friends and raising funds.
Who We Are
The separately incorporated Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation is
the fundraising arm for Arkansas Children’s Hospital and its related institutions,
including the Arkansas Children's Hospital Research Institute. Since 1982, the
Foundation's mandate has been to support the needs of Arkansas Children's Hospital,
enhancing patient care, research, recruitment, education and outreach.
ACH Foundation is made up of a board of respected community leaders from all
parts of the state, thousands of volunteers from every corner of the state,
and a professional staff of fundraisers and support services. We share a common
purpose: “Making friends and raising funds” to help sick children
get better.
The generosity of our friends and financial supporters allows Arkansas Children’s
Hospital to be the very best it can be. By investing in children’s health,
we possess the power to shape the future - caring for our children and saving
precious lives

Northwest Office, Arkansas Children's Hospital Foundation
In 2004 the Foundation opened a regional office in Northwest Arkansas. Northwest
Arkansas is the home of many ACH patients, referring physicians and volunteers.
We are committed to being physically present in this area so we can better listen
and respond. Click here for the Northwest Office contact
information.
Our Commitment to You
Arkansas Children’s Hospital has four service standards that provide employees
with a framework for consistently delivering care, love and hope. The four service
standards are: safety, compassion, performance and presentation.
Foundation staff members consider these service standards in everything they
do:
SAFETY: Is sensitive information treated with care, respect
and confidentiality? Are donated funds acknowledged, managed, protected and
spent with good stewardship?
COMPASSION: Do our words and behaviors convey courtesy, dignity
and respect? Is our acceptance and appreciation for diversity consistently evidenced?
Do we treat others with kindness and concern?
PERFORMANCE: Do we have a commitment to excellence, especially
for critical and strategic tasks? Are we outcome focused and results driven?
Do we promote teamwork and collaboration? Do we provide quality support and
leadership as requested and needed?
PRESENTATION: Do we convey a professional image in words, deeds
and attire? Do we pay attention to detail and preparation? Are we committed
to a “good show” for all public events?
