Arkansas has one of the highest child and adolescent injury rates in the nation. Most of these injuries are unintentional and many of them are preventable.
The Injury Prevention Center (IPC) at Arkansas Children’s Hospital is working to reduce the number of injuries and fatalities to Arkansas children through an aggressive and proactive program.
The mission of the Injury Prevention Center is to reduce child injury, death, and disability in through service, education, advocacy and innovative research. It only takes a moment to protect the ones you love.
