Angel One® Transport Emergency Transport Requests General Information & Questions Arkansas Children’s Hospital’s Angel One® Transport is a state-of-the-art, intensive care medical transportation system for bringing critically ill and injured infants, children and adolescents as well as adult burn patients from throughout Arkansas and the surrounding states to ACH. We also operate a high risk obstetric (HROB) transport program in partnership with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. The Angel One® medical transport program covers the entire state of Arkansas and its surrounding states. This covers a radius of approximately 200 miles around Little Rock. On average, we transport five patients a day with an average transport time of five hours, and we can reach any part of the state within one hour of departure from our hospital. We perform more than 2,100 total transports per year with 1,200 by helicopter. Use the navigation links on the left to learn more about the Angel One medical transport program.
