Contact the Child Abuse Hotline of the state where the child resides to make the oral report.
In Arkansas that number is 1-800-482-5964

Hotline personnel will want the following information if it is available:

Child's address and other information to locate the child
If the abuser lives with the child or where they live
Address where the abuse happened if different from home of child or abuser
Child’s full name, birthdate, race, school and other identifying information
Abuser’s full name. If known, provide the relationship of the abuser to the child

Statements of what the child told and how the child came to tell you. For example, was the child asked about the injury or did they volunteer the information? Who asked the child about the injury? What made them ask? Why you think the child is being injured or harmed?
